@par Example Description:

This example describes how to use the SCI to read the ATR message.

In the beginning, the code is waiting for a Card insertion. If a Card insertion is
detected through the SCI_DET pin, a power on sequence is applied to the Card through
Smart Card interface IC (which is DS8313 in HT32Fxxxxx Development Board).

After power sequence, the Card responses a frame package named ATR. Then the ATR
is stored in a predefined buffer and the Card protocol type can be decoded through
the ATR.
